After speaking to her we found out that we could just buy a home. She spoke with me and found homes in the areas we discussed the first trip we took was to braselton ga area. We toured multiple houses but the last one we decided on. We made multiple offers and Jennifer was right on point with updates. Unfortunately when the home owner refused all offers and we found out how bad the hoa is we decided to move on from that house and look else where. Jennifer drove all the way to acworth ga (where we were temporarily staying) to come pick me up and take me to view homes in the area. We viewed 7-10 homes. We decided on a house that could close before the new year. She was diligent in her work. She made a promise to us that we would close in 8 days or less. We closed in 7 days. She even brought my two daughters two garbage bags of clothes and on bag full of toys so they had stuff handy at move in. She made everything so enjoyable and an easy process. If I could give more stars I would she's absolutely amazing. I've never heard of a realtor or experienced one that cares so deeply about their clients that they are willing to help them by picking them up to view the houses. Jennifer has the biggest heart... she's the best realtor I've come across.  I highly advise her. Me and my family appreciate her so much for everything she has done for us. We came out for a week to get a layout of the land and get familiar with the housing market. Jennifer drove miles, showing us houses knowing that we were not buying yet!
And when we finally did move to GA, she was super encouraging and patient, while we were establishing income, showing us houses almost every weekend!!!!
And when we finally found THE ONE, Jennifer was amazing! Writing an aggressive offer, providing extra proof to sellers, staying on top of the other party for their portion (appraisal, septic, extra concessions).....the list goes on and on. And when the lender proved itself to be lazy and incompetent,  Jennifer went to battle for us. We had to extend our Closing and thanks to Jennifer and her very stern, but professional involvement, Sellers were understanding and we didn't lose the house!!!
It's over now, we got our new home and we will definitely use Jennifer again for future properties!

We had never met before, but she had provided her phone number on our community platform, indicating that she was willing to answer questions regarding tax assessment. It seems quite a few of us were alarmed with the huge increase in property taxes. I decided to contact her with a few questions, and she explained the process so clearly, I was ready to take charge and submit my appeal. She took the time to guide me through the process and I'm very appreciative. She wouldn't accept lunch, or dinner so writing a review is the best way I can say thank you.
