Housing market update for Buford, GA real estate in June 2022. Not only is it HOT in Hotlanta, but rates have gone up higher than we’ve seen in awhile. Those are probably the biggest stories right now. The truth is no one knows what’s going to happen in the market. Don’t buy above your means and get educated. The one thing we can use to help guide us to the market are the numbers. So I will try to keep them updated. Lots more inventory on the market this month then in January. It’s really no surprise the Buford Housing market is cooling off a bit. Traditionally around this time of year we see a little slowing, people are on vacations. However the increase in interest rates has also taken a toll on buyers. Most recently the fed raised .75 which can cause a dramatic change in your payment. Not too mention some real buyer fatigue with constantly being outbid.
